The CIS Environmental Catalogue
The Environmental Catalogue provides information about the various datasets already produced for CIS. It includes metadata on each one, covering such things as originator, content, date produced and availability.
It is normally accessible through the CIS software. When CIS is open,
- Click Help > Environmental Catalogue
This will open the Catalogue application which you can browse using the menu visible on the left.
However, the Environmental Catalogue has now been made available on-line. In this form, it is hoped that it will be easier to use and to update. It is expected to be developed so that it contains up-to-date information in a dynamic form, whereas the Catalogue available as described above is static and unchangeable.
